Our very own Retail Manager at Resorts World Arena, Jess Savva, scooped the Rising Star Award at a glittering Foodservice Cateys award ceremony at Royal Lancaster, London, on Friday night.
The award, which was open to individuals at the start of their career in foodservice, was given to Jess for achieving remarkable results within her role at Amadeus.
Judges said Jess showed 'significant promise' early on in her career, praising Mystery Shopper scores that jump off the page, as well as an increased spend-per-head and her lead role in solving staffing concerns at her venue post-COVID.
Commending her infectious spirit and attitude, the judges noted this was a particularly important attribute given the challenging environment for the foodservice industry.
