Ideas for Christmas leftovers
During lockdown we have all become that little bit more ‘conscious’ in our own kitchens, particularly when it comes to food waste. Throughout 2020, we dug deep into our cupboards and were surprised at how we could create a meal from even the most basic ingredients. We made sure to take nothing for granted and make the most of what we have, using seasonal produce and buying local to help our local independents through a tough year.
Christmas shouldn’t be any different. This year’s restrictions may even mean having less people around the table and no parties to entertain, but there are ways to make your Christmas lunch go further, minimising excess food waste in your kitchen.
Our chefs have shared a few of their favourite recipes to make the most of those Christmas leftovers.
