Bespoke retail brands

Drawing on industry insights and trends our chefs create innovative menus daily. We then develop and build bespoke customer-driven brands that appeal to large and ever-changing demographics

Mobile catering

Speed of service often opens up opportunities for caterers to think outside the kiosk to maximise additional spend. For example, beer bugs were introduced into our stadia when it was discovered customers prefer drinking draft beer over bottles.

Tech solutions

We continually invest in technology to enhance the visitor experience at exhibition venues. Recent examples include mobile point of sale, cashless technology and a pre-ordering app that help keep queues short, allowing visitors to spend more time enjoying the event they came to see.
