Hungry to deliver
Ingredients are everything at Amadeus. It’s why we invest as much time sourcing the finest, seasonal produce as we do inventing our dishes. Furthermore, we ensure all our food is fully traceable from farm to fork. And always will.
We also strongly believe in championing local farmers and growers. It’s why 80% of our suppliers can be found within a 30-mile radius of the venues we cater at. 60% of our food and beverage also comes from small and medium-sized enterprises. This not only helps us source the freshest ingredients at the healthiest price, it ensures we’re working with people who share our hunger and determination to deliver exceptional food.
Responsible innovation has always been the Amadeus way. It’s why we’re forever interrogating our menus to ensure salt, sugar and fat levels are kept in check. We’ve also set ourselves the target of reducing the amount of sugar in our foodservice operation by 50% by 2020.
Sugar levels aren’t our only concern however. Long before the war on waste started grabbing the headlines we were committed to operating in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way at all times. Not only are 98% of our non-food disposable products sustainable, we also work closely with all the venues we cater at to ensure they smash their own sustainability targets.
Amadeus is committed to working towards a sustainable future. As a socially responsible business, we have put increased measures in place in our quest to be as sustainable as possible, continuing our steadfast commitment to reducing our impact on the environment.
Industry heavyweights. Bright sparks. Proven problem solvers. You’ll find them all in our kitchen. Specialists in retail, banqueting, hospitality and event catering, our chefs work tirelessly to source the finest, local ingredients from the UK’s best suppliers.
